Beware of the incapable staff at FNB. Just a simple check to verify whether I'm married or not is too tedious of a job ffor the FNB employees. I've been a client of FNB for nearly 10 years and they cant even verify my marriage status. It took me 2 minutes to verify this myself on the Dept of Home Affairs website using my ID number.

Even if they fix this problem I WILL NOT CHANGE MY rating of them...
