VERY BAD HANDLING OF AN ESTATE

My father was unfortunately told that FNB was a good place to have his will only to find out after his passing that they take a lot of money off the estate value for performing a service. Well since my fathers passing we have had nothing but terrible unappropriate disgusting service from them. I am doing all the work myself, they treat you like you are nothing and want to take a lot of money for delivering no service. No update on what is happening with the will. Dont advertise when they are supposed to therefore delaying the process by another 2 months but it is ok if they delay the process we must keep paying all the bills and cant do anything about it. I have to keep emailing for info to only now after sending a request 6 weeks ago find out the lady dealing with it has left and guess what the pathetic place hasnt even told us. I called last week tuesday already and they havent even called me back yet with an update. Pathetic. I have been to see Sentinel and they have given me really good advice. My advise to anybody dont do your will or estate through FNB - pathetic... I feel like ensuring all my accounts are closed with this place. People pass away and it is a hard time
