I had to come in to have my debit orders changed to my new account. As I had to leave work i hoped to be helped quickly. I was booked and one person was in front of me. Knowing that it will take long i accepted. As the person currently with the consultant finished, another man walked in and took his seat. He was helped and i had to wait even longer. As i had work to do i could not believe that is man was helped and us that had manners to wait was just pusehed to the side.
