After two weeks of battling to simply update my address and a loss of R1000 due to the incompetent staff im now told that it will take a further 5 days before I receive the monies due to me.
nobody seems to know who is responsible for what and the service is terrible.
everyone sends you to different departments and there are all kinds of external companies and red tape.
besides the monetary loss I have now lost my home due to the and stupid systems in place...
I sure am glad to have sold the shares and will definatly never use or promote any African bank to any south African citizen
