Still no card

Hi there

I've registered for the UCount rewards program around June and I have yet to receive my card. I've contacted the call centre numerous times and they claim that the card has been sent. I've had them double check my address on the system and everything is correct.

They leave notes on their system and no one is rectifying the matter
