Good morning Sydlow.
I have tried contacting you several times at 087 736 2398 and 011 352 8648 to no avail.
I am hoping you can assist me here. My account was four months in arrears in March, arrangements were made with various Legal Firms appointed by FNB and honoured.
I am a bit puzzled that after having paid back over R7000 towards settling my FNB Gold Credit card, I still go to pre-legal and my balance to FNB is still over R17 000.00.
Can you please shed some light as to why I still receiving sms' stating I'm in arrears, and keep returning to pre legal.
Also please provide rationale of the billing that happens on the 11th of every month whereas my salary date has never been the 15th?
