I had an incident with my car on Sunday and reported it to Lizelle on Monday. I wasn't in a great mood about what happened and felt rather irritated with the whole situation. Lizelle was friendly and professional from the start and guided me through the process very efficiently. This really lifted my spirits as she was compitent and calm. I also have a rental on my insurance policy and she managed to get it delivered to me the same day I went for the assessment.
