About 2 weeks ago, my music keyboard got damaged by an electric spike/dip. I was worried that Outsurance might not fix or replace it because it was quite an old keyboard and a replacement, at this stage, is rather expensive. However, from the moment I filed the claim, Outsurance's friendly and efficient service rendered my concerns moot. Their knowledgable service providers treated me with respect and I experienced levels of service of which everyone concerned can be truly proud. My keyboard was replaced in a much shorter time than I had expected and now I can make music once again.
