I received a letter notifying me of an excess increase from Miway, this was to be effected after 30 days of reciept of the letter. I was very upset with this notice since I had made attempts to leave Miway and they convienced me to stay by beating the deal I had made elsewhere. I felt they were dictating, as that was the tone of the letter in my view. I wrote an email disputing the content of the letter and requested Miway to call me to negotiate a deal that worked to both my and Miways favour or I'm taking my business elsewhere. Mr. Maphela called me today, he was very friendly and willing to listen to what I (as the client) want. At the end of the conversation we had reached an agreement and I am happy to say I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Maphela, he should keep up the good work.
