IM INSURED WITH I-WYZE AND I LODGED A CLAIM WITH AT THE BEGGINING THING SEEMED LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING THE PROMBLEM CAME WHEN THEY HAD TO PROCESS THE CLAIM I DEALT WITH SOMEONE THAT COULD NOT GIVE A ABOUT WHAT IM GOING THROUGH HAD TO PHONE HER EVERYDAY FOR FEEDBACK AND STILL WHEN I PHONED SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND HAD TO MESSAGES FOR HER TO PHONE SHE NEVER DID, UNTIL I DEALT WITH DANEESH THE GUY WAS VERY HELPFULL BUT HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD GET MY PAYMENT WITHIN 3 WORKINGS DAYS ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND NOTHING ONLY NOW WHEN I PHONE TODAY I GET TOLD THAT MY PAYMENY WAS ONLY RALEASED TODAY 22-10-2013 AND PAYMENT WILL ONLY REFLECT AFTER 2-3 DAYS, WHY DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET WHATS RIGHTFULLY MINE - WHAT I SUGGEST IS YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENTS SHOULD BE TRAINED PROPERLY ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE BECAUSE THERE NO SERVICE THERE WHAT SO WHEREVER...
