I noticed that I have deductions from my account since May by 1Life. I have no policy or investment or loan from them. I've been trying to call them without success - waited on the line for about 15min each time. I have sent them an email informing them of the error and I received an automated email informing me that I would be contacted within 2 days. instead, they debited my account again. I have no business relations with 1Life and they need to pay back all the money they have taken from my account.
