I purchased a vehicle on Friday the 17th of October 2013 and my licence had expired and the ladies Estelle Viviers, Neeltjie Du Preez, Shamona Bhaktawer and Alicia Page were all there willing and prepared to assist me.
I cannot tell you how relieved I was at the level of competence, professionalism and excellent service delivery which I received from Estelle and her team. They truly went the extra mile and displayed true leadership skills as well as a belief in the organization which they work for. They waited for me even after the Bank was closed and managed to have me sign my deal - I was in awe of the flexibility and courteous service.
I appreciate their excellent efficiency and I would like their managers to know about the things which they do but the mangers sometimes don't get to see. They brought instant relief to my situation, calmed me down and then delivered the best service I have ever seen in this country - because of Estelle and her team I will gladly do business with Sancardia VAF Standard Bank any day.
Well done to Estelle, Neeltjie, Alicia and Shamona - you guys rock!!!
