I have been with Bayport Cellular for 2 years. My contract expired last month where-after they phoned me to see if I'll be interested in a new contract. I decided to renew and applied for a new phone and it was approved. On delivery date, they phoned me to confirm delivery and work address. After almost 20min on the phone for confirmation, they suddenly told me that I can not receive the phone as the company I work for, is not listed in the yellow pages. What the?
