POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REFUND & EMPTY PROMISES

My mother in law paid an amount of R 50 000.00 into the bank account of CGS, after she was promised they will stop the auction of her property. The person working on her file made numerous promises and left the company overnight. We have since lost the property and are struggling to get her R 50 000.00 back from CGS. This matter has been going on since May 2013 and all we get from them is they are working on a report. How long can one person work on a report. The simple thing is will they pay the R 50 000.00 back or not, that was our only question, and still they are not willing to answer. The worst part is that my mother in law is a pensioner and has now lost everything. This company uses people in a bad situation they advantage themself!
