Just had a charge go through twice at a clothing store for the same amount. I phone FNB call centre to have it reversed but couldn't get past the verification. It insisted I hadn't entered the correct number of digits from my card which was 8. I can count and read just fine, wasted lots of airtime! Finally transferred me to a very unhelpful agent Lorelle who said she couldn't help me if I wasn't verifies, put me back to the stupid Austen which again wouldn't work! Then she said she couldn't help me, I asked her to call me back and she said she wouldn't?? Mentioned bed I need to fill out a form or go back to the vendor. How ridiculous! You can clearly see on my account the same transaction go through 2 minutes apart to thee same vendor. Come on FNB this is not a hard problem to help with WAKE UP
