Terrible service and no communication -i am fed up

ATM in Elspark Total garage in disrepair for more than 6 months -cannot print slips-ATM Sunward Park Pick n Pay centre -old machines always broken
ATM service off line last night between 17h55 and 18h30 as Nedbank and Sunward Park gave same error and I could not get money (it was resolved and I finally could draw money)
Most important my -sms notification is not working and I have reported this many time before more than 3 years since I last received sms notifications.

I logged this call o 1st october 2013 15 days later and no response.
The service is terrible considering my options.
