I have taken out a policy in 2006 for all risk. I layer a claim in Jan 2013 with all supporting documentation. Up till today no one as gotten back to me on payment. When I have been calling the service center I just get the run around. I have contacted the broker at absa and no joy he as even told me to go to the osbudment cause he is having no luck. This company is a joke. I have also put a claim in Feb 2013 and having the same problem
