I bought a car financed through Wesbank and wanted to find out if it will be feasible for me to capitalize on the amount to reduce the monthly repayments. the consultant i spoke to was not very helpful and basically told me that she cannot assist unless i pay the money into Wesbank's account. only then can she calculate and advise on the amount and to check if i'm happy with it or not, so i asked that if i'm not happy with the deal do i get my money back and she said no she don't think so. so why bother asking if i'm happy or not if i'm not getting my money back. Perhaps her and i totally misunderstood each other or she just don't know what she's talking about. it will be great if someone can get back to me regarding this matter before this application becomes a life account as there's a little more i needed to enquire about as we.
