POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Apply for a Home loan -send all supporting documents on 4/10/2013.
Call on 5/10 and Keegan inform declined, call back to confirm why - Consultant inform you it is not declined it is with credit department, 7/10 -they inform you they await supporting documents -(this was all send 4/10)- call again on 8/10 -Lee confirmed all documents received 4/10, but only allocated 8/10.

Send a complaint to team leader Amanda Reekie, still no feedback.

Applied with other banks (not a client with them) and guess what I receive feedback and approval!!!??

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM STD BANK -(A CUSOTMER FOR 11YEARS)!

UP TO DATE NO CALL/FEEDBACK FROM STD BANK -IF YOU WANT FEEDBACK YOU CALL THEM!!
