My query with A & G insurance regarding my revised premium was resolved in a most efficient manner by a very competent person namely JOSLIN PEINAAR. She always remained calm and handled the situation in an excellent fashion. I was upset initally with the new inflated premium because i should be paying less due to one vehicle less on the policy. The revised qoute given by JOSLIN was reasonable and about what i thought it should be. Definitely 9, 99999 out of 10 for excellent service and i would recommend A & G to my family and friends.
