I received great service from Lemmy regarding a contract or policy cancelation. One thing that stood out was the nature at which he proceeded with the services. I could actually feel that it wasn't about the money, but of more about me getting a better and great customer services.
He even delegated Queen to call at a convenient time. Which she was very helpful and understanding.
I would go back and do business anytime.
