First for Poor Service

I was dually insured with Auto and General and First For Woman. I cancelled the First for Women insurance on the 27 I requested my refund, ref number 4556333 was recived via sms, I am yet to receive my refund, I called on the 2nd to follow up and was told the refund is being processed, I called again today 9:40am the lady who assisted me told me there was a not on the policy made by Lou-Ann a refund specialist saying they were awaiting my bank statement, no one communicated that with me. I requested a Nontando to ask Lou-Ann to give me a call and explain to me why she did not contact me and inform me that she needs my bank statement or even give me any form of feedback. I am disappointed and really just considering cancelling the cover i still have and going to another service provider who will give me better service.
