Applied for a top-up 06/09. Approved 11/09. Told to wait 10 days. Then told 15 days. Further told... and so it goes. Today 03/10 told that the loan might (please note) only be paid out next week. Can't speak to anyone who knows anything because none of those exist within this company. No Directors, no Shareholders NADA NOTHING ZILCH. my first complaint was told that i have to read the websie - have checked only states that you have to phone the call centre - seriously how long can you have a system problem???
