Excellent service

I waited days for MiWay to get back to me. Their call centre was busy and in the end i waited for four working days. The wait was rather frustrating however when the call finally came through I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of service.

Kgothatso Tlhapi was friendly, polite and helpful. He conducted the call as though it mattered and not as though its his job and he is just going to go through the motions. He took initiative and volunteered to make enquires on my behalf with me asking. He got back to me on those queries promptly and although the answer was not what i hoped I was very happy with him even raising the question.
