I had a call from an insurer offering to better my cover and premium. I contacted Oakhurst to have my policy schedule sent to me and I mentioned it was because I wanted to review my premium. After really efficient service from Zolani the call centre agent he connected me. It is sad that we cannot have him sort of standard as a norm. Consumers would take a lot if they were always afforded this type of treatment.
