I have been a client of DirectAxis for some time now. I have even been receiving lots of correspondence from you offering more loans, was starting to feel valued. Imagine my hurt and disappointment when I called your call centre today around 01:00pm (Zimasa picked up) to change my debit order date, and was met with such unwillingness to assist and an attitude that basically said I was a bother. When I promised to escalate, she even said I can go ahead and escalate. It is such contradiction that you send lovely correspondence in the one hand, and in the other you have people like that treating customers like they are a bother to them. I need a personal apology from Zimasa, else you discontinue sending me offers as I will definitely be settling my account and closing it.
