I would like to take this opportunity to give credit where it's due. I appreciated how Mr Elias Sono demonstrated excellent client relationship management (me in this case) when he was assigned to handle my accident claim. I have no doubt that he is one of the best people I came across with, even though we have never met in person.
Mr Sono, I appreciated the professionalism, kind-heartedness, your availability and patience you have demonstrated when you dealt with me or my claim. I never experience any problem when I had to talk to you, you were so accommodative and I happy for your service.
Well done King Price for having staff members like Mr Son, I know there are many like him in your organisation whom I already had contact with.
