Bad service, no help - unresovled payment

I tried to withdraw money form a FNB ATM at Goldman Spar Florida and no money came out of the machine, then received an sms saying that a withdrawal was made and there was R23.00 in my account. Honed the bank filled in a dispute form and still today I have no money, been calling the bank almost everyday and no help from anyone, no one has ever called to explain what happened and today Sibongile put me on hold and never picked the call up. FNB owes me R2350 and I still have bills to pay. I have to deal with those calls and my name could be blacklisted, my cellphone has been suspended because of this and I can't pay them I have had no money for the entire month of September. The staf is rude, they are not helpful and they clearly are not intrested. I was also told that all bank charges would be reverse and now I have to deal with interest changes on my bills that are not paid. This is not fault of mine yet I have to sit with the burden and calls. Please help as it seems I can't get anything right on my own with FNB
