My car was and recovered 2 weeks ago but it was a write-off. I phoned 1st for Women to notify them about it and they assigned Quintin van Wyk as my assessor who was very helpful and friendly (also very patient) from beginning to end. He was really good at explaining all the processes to me and kept me in the loop about what I had to do and what was needed from me. I really can't complain at all about the service I have received from them.
