I cancelled my insurance due to total mismanagement of the so called benefit of vitality drive after not receiving my benefits.then i was told that the vitality drive was cancelled by unknown parties, then it was reinstated and told i would receive my benefits.i then decided to cancel my policy knowing that i would not receive my back dated benefits. finally after a couple of weeks i receive my last premium that was deducted even though i had already cancelled. a amount of R960.56 was deducted.but only received R793.25 due to back payments of my vitality drive- how can they deduct the amount due but not pay me my back dated benefits of vitality drive-this amounts to
