My credit card account has money subtracted on a regular basis - about R20 at a time, sometimes three subtractions in a row - R60 or more - MOB fees, 'cash transfer fees' and 'ACCOUNT FEES'! What's this all about? I enquired of ABSA, from their website. I sent them an email. It's been more than a week now, and no response. This is not the first time that this has happened.
Since when does ABSA just ignore clients?
