I was not properly informed about their non - claimable product. I wanted them to send me the recorded conversation, but have not heard anything back. these people think that they are above the law. we need help to close these people down as they guarantee your vehicle condition to be maintained in show room condition. when you try to claim you get the finger, they feel that they do not disclose certain information such as if the chip mark on your car is to close together they do not fix it. when you threaten them with the Consumer act they laugh in your face. Please can some one assist us in the steps to follow to take this matter further, please people if you bought this product you are going to loose that money.the consumer act is suppose to protect us from these type of companies. They need to be closed down
