The whole 'we will beat your premium or pay you R400' is a farce.
They couldnt beat my virgin premium, they were costing me R900 and virgin R700.
I just called to cancel and lady laughed it off when i said they need to pay me R400.
Waste of time. was happy to leave Virgin for them but now not convinced. As if they dont care to save the sale or retain customers.
