Was Reading my Updated Policy of Mi-way insurance which was emailed to my son. With shock I realised that they now gave me a R3300 Excess. To which two months ago when I did my policy the agent and manger had confirmed a 0 excess policy. I called in. Spoke to a consultant that said now they only offering 0 excesses to pensioners and mi-way clients which are 3 years old. That shocked me because what I was told in the begining was totally different. The consultant SLORY RANTHIMO told my son that a team manager will call my husband latest by this morning to try and sort out the problem but they have not as yet. Is this the service that we should expect from Mi-way??? The call ref was 1008834161.
