My husband and I went to Standard Bank to find out about a home loan. We got sent upstairs to see a consultant. We then got sent downstairs. Then we got told we had to speak on a phone in a little cubicle, not easy when there's 2 of us. Then the person on the phone said we must use the internet. We have questions we need answered, this is not a cookie-cutter home loan we're looking for. What happened to speaking face to face with a human being? Is it not possible?
