I made a complaint on Hello Peter last week Friday! since then there has still been no out come to my complaint and FNB has still not paid my money back to me, after they had system issues with there forex systems while i was over seas!
There service and attitude is terrible and they keep passing the buck and deaning obvious things!
It looks like my only option now is to go to the ombudsman!!!
FNB JUST WILL NOT HELP THERE CLIENTS WHEN THEY NEED TO!!!
I suggest some one from FNB higher than a call center agaent contacts me very soon!
