Poor service

I was contacted a week ago by Percy Badenhorst, Financial Consultant, Centurion Mall, Northern Region
Sales & Distribution, Old Mutual Finance (PTY) Ltd (RF)
I was asked whether I would be interested in a loan/ consoladation.
I faxed through my ID and Payslip and an indication was given that I qualify for R85k; as my August payslip had a bonus amount in, it was requested for the July payslip, however I noted that due to an increase in August, they can not work on the July one.
I had to follow up on more than 1 occasion and was promised a call Friday afternoon.
I there after send aother mail and had to call again.
Now I am infoirmed that the matter has been declined?
What income has been used, no income and expnditure was taken or requested?
The promised feedback is shocking to say the least.
Old Mutual contacted me, I did not ask for finance, however based on the experince I would like to know exactly what income and expnses was used and how the decline was derived at.
YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!
