Okay when i applied for a loan through LDSA, i was in need then but sometime later in the month i decided that this is not what i needed and send a canselation letter to LDSA via email stating that they should cancel the whole entire application and that they should not deduct the R399 from my account, they replied that they receivd my cancelation letter and no debits will go off as the application is cancelled, came to month end of August when going through my statements i found out the they deducted my account for R399 even though we agreed that no debits should go off... please i realy need you to contact me urgently as i will require a full refund
THIS IS UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE, YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.
