Someone has to take accountability at some point

I took out a consolidation loan with Old Mutual Finance more or lea year ago. My problems started when I resigned June 2013. I informed Old Mutual many times that I will pay the loan as soon as my pension package is paid out. They kept on calling to enquire and I kept telling them I am still waiting. To my surprise a consultant by the name Priscilla alled my aunt on Upingto and uncle told them I am wanted by OMF regarding the that I committed. That is when I saw a nessage on my phone that I have a voicemaile. I listened to it and the same Priscilla left the message stating I must contact Old Mutual Finance in connection with. I called the call centre and the number she left was for the collections cqll centre. The gentleman I spoke spoke to apologised and referred it to their complaints department. Todate I did not get a response. I got my money and pqid the loan in advance, I qm asking OMF to stop the debit order for 2 months as I will pay bank chqrges for unpaid they refuse. Instead Bonita tells me they cant refund me the money I paid in advance so that I ensure that there is money in my account seeing that the debit order will still go off. This will ensure that I By
