On Monday, I was concerned that my debit order had not come off for my insurance (normally comes off month end) so I sent a mail to Budget's online support asking for a consultant to call me, I also noted that my premiums had increased by over 20% despite having a claim-free record for years! To date, I have emailed twice, and used the callback feature online, all to no avail. I did however receive a call on Tuesday from a salesman, who I presumed was calling to help me, only to find out he wanted to sell me additional life cover! Upon informing him I wasn't interested he made no effort to connect me to a consultant who could actually help me, he just said goodbye and hung up, useless!
Is it too much to ask for that you simply phone me?
