I was nominated by 2 ladies to receive a referral gift. I received calls from 3 different people at Platinum Life's call centre to confirm my ID number and delivery address on both occasions and to date I have not received any of the 2 gifts. I know of other ladies who received their gifts shortly after their details were confirmed. I then queried this with the customer services details and received the following email from them:
"Good day,
Kindly note that our referrals department has advised that unfortunately you will not be receiving a gift package, they have forwarded a letter to you in regards to this.

I am quite upset that nobody had the decency to call me on both occasions to advise why I am not receiving a gift. Is this a that they are running or what? How can they say I am getting a gift and then turn around and say that i am not receiving anything.
