I am overwhelmed by the incompetence of getting this sorted. Blackberry white 9360
I lost my phone on the 31of Dec 2012', I called mtn to blacklist it on the 1st of Jan 2013 when I was at Douglous Dale police station to many attempts mtn couldnt blacklist my phone so I couldnt get an ITC reference number hence I couldn'tget a case number, I took this matter to hellopeter

Please read and acknowledge MTN response, it was beyond me that they system were the offline all this time I only got the the ITC number on the 8th of Jan and I went to the police station on the same day and claimed on the same day
There procedures to be followed, in this case they failed, I did my part of it

Then Edgar's also played it role in the incompetence and negligence, only to be told yesterday that you decline my flame because I didn't report it within 48 hours..I have no words for this ridiculous reply,
It's almost a month and this hasn't been sorted, if you are unable to handle such queries please provide me with the ombudsman details, I will escalate
