At the end of July when i checked my bank statement i saw that i had 3 Naedo debit orders going off my account, 2 of theses took R99..00 each and the other one was for R299 when i enquired i was given numbers to call these has been going on for a while, i fail to understand why i should be the one to call these people, i reversed these debits and cancelled them, to my surprise from the 26/08/2013 my account was debited by other Naedo services, now my problem is How long is this thing going to go on for? is it fair for me to have to pay for reversals, travel to the bank everytime this happens? i have been a loyal ABSA customer for about 13 years and it makes me angry all of a sudden their services has become so poor, i fail to understand how my account could be debittted and the bank cannot even give me proof that i authorised these, I am thinking of taking my account else where because if the bank i have been loyal too for so lonjg keeps letting me down than what is the point?
