Some years ago I financed a vehicle through MFC, this account is due for final payment at the end of September 2013. On Monday the 22nd of September I sent an email to (Joke) [Email Removed] at 09hr30 asking for a statement so that I could find out what my last payment will be. Despite this organisation's claim that they will respond in 24 hours on Tuesday at 09hr30 there was no reply from MFC. On Tuesday morning I sent a further email again asking for a statement and again on Tuesday afternoon. No correspondence has been forthcoming from this lot. If you try to 'phone them you spend at least 10 minutes dancing with their automated switchboard and then get cut off. However, miss one payment date and they will snow you under with threats of legal action and worse. I am heartily sick and tired of South African companies who just couldn't care less about the people (clients) who keep them in business
