I sent an email to [Email Removed] requesting assistance, on Monday 02/09/2013 at 0845; this was resent on Monday 02/09/2013 at 1352; again on Monday 02/09/2013 at 1556, again on Monday 02/09/2013 at 1648; and finally on Tuesday 03/09/2013 at 0845. I finally received a reply the same day at 1151, and the wording appears below - this leaves a lot to be desired!

We have received your email however we cannot accept the attached notice of withdrwal please send us a valid17.4 with dc details.

This message is exacltly as it appears in my inbox! All messages have been recieved, as I have received "sent successfully" & "message read" notices.
I am very disappointed at the lack of response, and the tone/grammar of the email when I finally got a reply. I would expect a more professional approach from their staff.
