We applied to numerous financial institutions for a home loan. Seeing as we don't have any credit, the highest loan to value amount we could get was 90%. We asked Anette Erasmus to re-evaluate our application, which she did in a very fast and efficient way. Our application was granted, and we'll be moving soon!
