OVERDRAFT 2 LESS, UNPAID DUE TO BANK SLOW UPDATE

As a client of nedbank my 1st encounter was this year april2013 when i took a further loan as i did have an existing loan of R30.000 which was managed well with an interest of 20.4 percent. I then applied for the further loan i was approved but with it came a high interest rate so pushed i agreed only to find out that the person who dealt with my account after the computer gave me a figure had it declined only to give me a lesser amount with a good couple of thousands off the amount first agreed upon but with the same interest rate of 31 percent and im now paying per month R2255.76, although the first amount that was approved which was much more i was going to pay R2300pm.wheres the logic? i did dispute with no joy so i had to take it as i really needed it and they knew that! Strike 2... offered keyona credit card managed it well but paying R50 every month tried to upgrade to normal they declined strike3... overdraft today computer show R10.000 CAROL gives R2800, salary R12.500 and i get overtime alot, sms notification shows all debits gone off, statement shows avail bal i swipe all the tym! no sms told me payment didnt go whos fault? Pls sort out! or change of bank! SHE ASSUMES
