Before I qualified, They decline today

I am with FNB for almost 6years. previously they gave me a good deal of micro lending. In July I applied for the loan and they just declined and advice me to try other service providers and I qualified from another service provider. Today again I applied for smart device and yet they declined. All they are doing they press the computer and tells them if I qualify or declined. I have a good credit profile. What I do not understand from their computer, does it know that next year I will be paying off my other depth totalling to R9000 pm. When I go to other service providers for the same amount I qualify and get even better rate. The biggest question as an honest client why should I remain with them after paying them the interest? How can we help you is a non sense slogan for me. I want to make other customers aware of FNB that when you really need help, FNB will not be there for you while they continue to milk you interest. I wanted to leave them now, but I have decided to show them that they were wrong to decline me, by paying off their loans and switch them. Them belly full with my contribution of interest, i need their help thy turn me off.
