I want to take the time to compliment Petrus Hlongwane on the exceptional service that I received from him yesterday. II have been given permission by my mom to make changes or act on her behalf with regards to her insurance, but this was never implemented, although there has been correspondence to this effect. So when I called yesterday to remove the Fiesta from the Insurance Petrus again had to make sure that this is in order.
Petrus got my mom on the other line, we had a conference call and all the necessary changes were made to the policy. He made sure that we were both happy before finishing the call.
I believe that Petrus lives out your slogan of " bending over backwards" for us.
