I recently received a call from Debt collecting Company citing that my car was in arrears of R4000 and they threatened to repossesse my car as well. I then contacted my Finance house, (Motor Finance Corporation) regarding this issue, and stated to them that the stipulated amount of R4000 was in fact incorrect and that the judgement taken against me was unlawfull, as the lady in question Samantha Swartz who works in the Collections department had not even attempted to call me or send me an email prior to her handing me over to the debt collectors. This lady Samantha only sent me a transaction history that clearly stipulated that payment was done. I suspect foul play and corruption..Please assist as the MFC Complaints clearly is dragging their feet
